When I first got into personal training I just wanted to help my teammates be stronger and have more stamina at the end of basketball games.
That soon transformed into orchestrating physical training programs for the soldiers in my military unit. And once I embraced civilian life I naturally studied and trained at a commercial gym.
That third leg of this “I’m a trainer!” experience went on for years, but there were limiting factors: time and schedule.
According to Google there are only 24 hours in a day. I have a wife and 3 kids, I vigorously train myself, and if I cut my sleep too short anyone within a 5 block radius would hear complaints.
So obviously I’m unable to collaborate with as many as I’d like with that limiting factor.
Then some of the clients most eager to work me, and I them, have schedules that don’t quite line up. Limiting factor number two.

The transition from “hello” to ”let’s go” is typically 3-5 days after you commit to making this a reality.
After ensuring we’d be a good fit you’ll receive an in depth questionnaire, which is what the building of your plan will be based on. Once you submit your answers in as much detail as possible your program will be created and you’ll receive your first draft copy.
The plan is yours, so you’ll have a chance to look it over and we’ll make reasonable adjustments if necessary. Once those kinks, if any, are worked out you’ll take the opportunity to prepare IE grocery shop. Then we’ll be ready to go!
More often than not we’ll start on a Monday for scheduling purposes, yet exceptions can always be made.

We’ll have weekly mandatory reviews where we’ll go over how you did over the course of time, and implement tweaks going forward.
In addition we’ll have unlimited email/message contact throughout the week.

A major part of my personal transition from exclusive in-person training to online personal training was scheduling. I understand the need to make professional time, family time, leisure time, and fitness time fit into your life with regularity.
I always emphasize this being your plan, which means it’ll be adapted to your schedule. Of course there’ll be a degree of change if you’re coming from not training all to getting it in multiple times weekly. But it’s still about you and your life.

You’re not in unfamiliar territory, our strategy for you will mirror what you have access to for that week. And will reflect what you can get your hands on.

Aside from our constant email/message access and weekly mandatory phone check-ins, you’ll have your daily dietary and exercise to dos.
If you ever were to fall off track somehow, we’ll take the time to find the source of our problem and implement a solution.
There’s always a way and together we’ll find it.
